Dance Studio

With twenty weekly classes across the Aerobics and Dance studio we hope to add to our programme to meet the demand required.

Some people prefer to join our fitness classes instead of working out on their own – you will be motivated and encouraged to reach your goals.

Activities held in the Dance studio include Zumba, Pilates, Self defence, Yoga, Jiujitsu.
