Our Aerobics Studio is a very spacious bright room ideal for a variety of fitness classes.
With twenty weekly classes across the Aerobics and Dance studio we hope to add to our programme to meet the demand required.
Some people prefer to join our fitness classes instead of working out on their own – you will be motivated and encouraged to reach your goals.
You will find all the classes in the timetable section on the right.
Please note that you must be over the age of 16 to take part in these classes.
